·          Carrying out a unique 2005 international research titled “The impact of training and education on entrepreneurship development in Nairobi, a case study of Barclays Bank Business Club.

       Entrepreneurship conference themed “Fostering SMES and
       entrepreneurship in Africa at USIU Nairobi, May 2006.
o         The research also helped the Author to guide the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Kenya, on disbursement of the Youth Enterprise Fund as well national youth entrepreneurship development, September 2006.(Ideally, this forms a Contribution to achievements of Vision 2030 - see press reports).
 o        The research was thereafter published in the Business In Africa
       Journal of July 2007
